Eachday is not responsible for content posted by Eachday members. Eachday does not verify or endorse any content posted by its members. Eachday is not responsible for the delivery or quality of any goods or services that are advertised by its members on Eachday. If you believe that any of the content posted by Eachday members or visitors violates your proprietary rights, including copyrights, please contact support@eachday.com

We respect the privacy of our customers, and we only check the content of an Eachday account after we have received a complaint. As an Eachday member, you are solely and fully responsible for any content posted to your Eachday account. If you feel that there is any possibility of offending anyone, we strongly recommend that you password protect your account. We prohibit the posting of the following types of content in any account:

• hate propaganda or hate mongering, swearing, or fraudulent material or activity.
• pornography, and sexual material of a lewd, lecherous or obscene nature or intent or that violates local, state or national laws.
• any material that violates or infringes in any way upon the proprietary rights of others, including, without limitation, copyright or trademark rights.
• any material that is threatening, abusive, harassing, slanderous, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent, or otherwise objectionable; including posting private information belonging to or about other individuals.
• content that promotes, encourages, or provides instructional information about illegal activities.

Eachday reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or delete any account at any time for any reason without prior notice.

By submitting your photos, video, audio and journal to Eachday, you represent that the photos, video, audio and journal, titles and description comply with the Eachday Terms and Conditions. If any third party brings a claim, lawsuit or other proceeding against Eachday based on content you post on Eachday, you agree to compensate Eachday including its officers, directors, employees and agents for any and all losses, liabilities, damages or expenses, including attorney's fees, incurred by Eachday in connection with any such claim, lawsuit or proceeding.

Eachday is the final arbiter of what is allowed and not allowed on the Eachday website. If a portion of the content in an account is found to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions set forth, the entire account will be removed. There will be no refunds for accounts that have been deleted due to violation of the Eachday Terms and Conditions set forth.

Eachday maintains backups of all accounts for safety reasons, but is not obligated to do so. Eachday is not obligated to pay membership refunds for any reason including but not limited to accidental deletion of content or accounts due to server malfunction, server crashes or problems with software running on the servers.

As an Eachday member you agree to receive periodic emails from Eachday containing information about new features and service options and to receive periodic information about special Eachday promotions.

Eachday is not responsible for any financial or personal loss to members using their Eachday accounts for business or other purposes for any reason including but not limited to server down situations and accidental or willful deletion of member accounts and/or contents of said accounts.

Eachday reserves the right to increase or decrease fees in the future based on market conditions or financial goals.

Eachday reserves the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By submitting any content to Eachday you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
